Katie was the best sales person I've ever had!!! I've bought many RVs over the years and she was responsive, no nonsense, got the details I needed quickly, and made the sale happen in a day. This is unheard of!!! She was amazing!!!! I highly recommend her! And Lynn in finance was amazing too! To finance and receive your new RV tagged, titled and ready to go in less than a day and a half is outstanding!!!! Thank you ladies!!!!

Our experience was great at first. I really put my trust in them due this being my first time owning a camper. I was told at the service center they would go through the whole trailer take care of checking everything out so I wouldn't have issues. They would make sure I know everything about owning a new camper, teach me how to use the trailer. When I got the camper home and started leveling the Ember camper my father pointed out so many issues. I looked under the camper with my father and seen a rusted frame, missing screws, metal strip hanging almost off. The inside floor was turning black due to the wrong kind of glue used to put the vinyl floor down. The back lights chrome frame is turning black on the camper. The framing around the camper inside cabinets is coming apart. I bought this camper in October 2022 and never used it. I took the camper back the same week I brought it. The manufacturer Ember and Camper Inn can't decide who to blame and no one wants to replace the camper. I brought the camper new and being so many issues, they should replace the camper with a new one so I can start enjoying the $50K I paid the camper. I told this to Jim Lawson the owner and manager of Camper Inn and he didn't feel that I deserved it.

Kelly Dement gave me, a newbie to campers, excellent information and explained everything. I came to her not knowing what I wanted or where to start. She walked me through in baby steps. Very patient, kind, honest, and informative. I’m glad I went to her first! She showed and I felt great energy. Prices to me was not bad. They have new and used campers. Their was a new camper 2022 that went from 79,000to 46,000. Getting ready for the year 2024 models. Note: I did not purchase a camper on this visit.

Our experience with Campers Inn began over a year ago and has been less than desirable from the start. We purchased a new 2021 Winnebago Micro Minnie. This was our first camper, we asked a lot of questions and put a lot of trust in our salesman and service center. Our saga started with Campers Inn transporting our camper from the Conway, SC location to Fredericksburg, VA service center for pickup. It was delivered without a plate and without keys. The "lost" keys took 6 months to replace. We spent the first 6 months of ownership unable to lock our $25k purchase! Our experience took a major downturn when we returned to the Fredericksburg service center for our 1 year anything goes warranty service. We were complete with a list of minor issues and blue painters tape to mark the location of every fix. After another 5 months on their lot, we finally picked up our camper. We left our camper in immaculate conditio, we picked it up in absolutely disgusting condition. When I say disgusting, there was dirt everywhere, it looked like someone used our bathroom, it was brown all over the toilet. The workmanship was 100% unsatisfactory for warranty work, exposed staples, uneven cuts, and we left with more issues than we went with. Our shower drain had been disconnected during the work and not reconnected. During our first camping trip a week after picking it up, water poured from the underneath side of camper under the shower. The entire bottom of our camper was filled with water. Now 4 months later we are still working with the service center to fix all the issues they created to our brand new camper. My advice to anyone looking to purchase, is look elsewhere.

Just wanted to post this for me and my wife. Overall we had outstanding help from Kelly in picking out a travel trailer that really suited our needs and future camping trips. Once we arrived on site Kelly listen to what we wanted (extented season, 30 amp service, bunkroom, etc.) and steered us to 2 or 3 trailers to select from and we picked the Apex 289TBSS. Other than a minor glitch, which was quickly corrected, our experience in picking up the trailer was equally outstanding. Craig did our walk-through and easily answered all my questions and even removed panels to show me the hot water heater and 12Vdc pump. Anyway at no time did I feel as if we were in a rush (unlike my experience in the Ashland area). I did have some additional questions on future upgrades/additions, which was quickly answered by Tracy and Amy with quick quotes on both the material and installation. If you're looking for a travel trailer (or any camper) I highly recommend visiting Campers Inn RV of Fredericksburg.

Looking to.purchase an RV? Then go no further!!! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in control of all the decisions and was never pressured. My salesman, Jesse L treated me like a friend and answered all my questions. He let me walk around and invited me to look in all available RV'S at my own leisure. I had the opportunity to interact with some of the other employees and everyone offered help. Once I decided on the model, Jesse talked with me about all the concerns I had and guaranteed me that it would be taken care of. Then I sat down with Lynn D, the Business manager. Once again she let me make all the decisions when it came to any extra coverage. She laid everything out and let me make the decision without any pressure, all the employees there were amazing, most store has at least one person who makes everyone laugh and Amy is that one person. I believe she is the parts manager, if not, I'm sorry for getting it wrong. Her personally is contagious with laughter and happiness. The technicians there are very knowledgeable and will help wherever they can, especially for someone, like me, who has never owned an RV. He walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with all the aspects of my RV. Honestly, I could have pulled up a chair and sat there all day talking with everyone. I truly enjoyed giving them my business and money.
